Our services are intended for customers seeking mobile RV repair and maintenance. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

  • You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our services without our express written permission.

3. Payment

Payment for services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

  • A nonrefundable service fee is required to confirm your appointment. This fee covers travel expenses and initial assessment, and is dependent on the distance we have to travel.
  • If additional repairs or services are required, we will provide an estimate, and payment is due upon completion of those services.
  • We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but you will always be informed of any changes before confirming an appointment.

4. Warranty

Our work is warrantied for 1 year under the following terms:

  • Warranty applies only to the work performed by K2 Mobile RV Repair.
  • All supplied parts for a job will not be backed by the warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover damages or issues arising from misuse, negligence, or modifications made by the customer or other service providers.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • The nonrefundable service fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee, on top of the nonrefundable service fee.
  • Refunds for additional services are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide the best possible service, but there are limitations to what we can be held responsible for.

  • K2 Mobile RV Repair is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services beyond the cost of the service provided.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
